"Dear Mr. Coile,
I am writing to notify you of the outstanding Realty and Mortgage Teams that

you have within the West County Office. Over the past few months my family
and I have had the extreme pleasure of working with the Realty Team of Karen

and Fred Sandacz, along with the Mortgage Team of Mitch Wright and Aimee
Rose.
On a one Saturday back in February. My family and I stopped into the
Champion Realty Office expecting the usual high-pressure salesperson that
you typically see thought-out the sales industry; but what we found was far
from that of the norm this mid-Saturday morning.
What we found during our first experience ever with Champion Realty; was
Karen Sandacz. In Karen, we found a realtor who was first and foremost
professional, well organized, and a person who listened to all of our needs
and wants in a new home. And most importantly stayed within the locations
and price range that we specified.
Karen and Fred walked us through the process every step of the way and made
selling our previous home and buying our new home a truly a memorable
experience during a very important time in our life.
Their willingness to go the extra mile was seen time and time again through
action, not just words. We had prompt and open communication with both Karen

and/or Fred at all times to include having detailed follow-up emails
tracking the transactions of all parties throughout the process. "Which we
loved". Karen and Fred are a truly dynamic duo and wonderful human beings.
And the same can be said for Mitch and Aimee, as they walked my wife and I
through the numbers time and time again to make sure we had a firm idea as
to which mortgage product fit our individual financial situation.
Mitch went so far as to talking through the different loan types such as
interest only, balloons, variable, and fix rate differences, while he was on

vacation in South Carolina with no hesitations.
And the most amazing part was that at the time we were committed to the
builder's lender because of the special incentive ($2500 towards closing).
And here it was the builder's lender was not returning phone calls or
willing to talk us through the different mortgage products and rates that
his company had to offer. And Mitch was explaining things to the last
detail.
So the rest is history. We gave up the builder's incentive for using their
lender and showed him the door. It cost us more at closing, but it was well
worth the honest, integrity, and education to have Mitch on our side.

Just to show a little courtesy can go a long way.
